Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to remove plaque and tartar buildup.

Conduct patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and reviewing medical records to ensure safe treatment planning
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.

Operate dental imaging equipment to capture high-quality radiographs while adhering to infection control protocols.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in electronic medical record using Eaglesoft.

Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to safeguard patient privacy and prevent infection.

Skills
Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology for accurate documentation review and communication.

Strong understanding of infection control procedures, sterilization techniques, and aseptic protocols within a dental setting.

Excellent communication skills to educate patients clearly about treatment plans and oral health maintenance.

Pay: From $42.00 per hour
