Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time)

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team in Columbus, Ohio. If you are passionate about patient care, education, and helping create healthy smiles, we’d love to connect with you.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Pay: $50–$55 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities
Perform routine dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Take and review digital radiographs
Assess oral health and document clinical findings accurately
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment recommendations
Assist dentists with diagnosing and treatment planning
Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines
Build positive, trusting relationships with patients and team members
Qualifications
Active American Dental Hygienists' Association licensure/registration to practice as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Ohio
Current local anesthesia certification (preferred, if applicable)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Experience with digital charting and dental software preferred
Continuing education opportunities
