Registered Dental Hygienist – Elgin, TX
Elgin Healthy Smiles is looking for the right team member to help us build a quality, patient-centered hygiene program.
We are a family-friendly, work-life-balance-focused office that believes quality care matters more than numbers and production. We want our hygienists to have the time to build relationships, educate patients, and provide excellent care—not feel like they’re racing through a schedule.
We understand that family comes first, and we strive to create a true work-family environment where our team supports one another both professionally and personally.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about patient care and education
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
Interested in helping build and grow our hygiene program
Looking for a long-term home, not just another job
Experienced hygienists and new graduates are welcome to apply. We’re more interested in finding the right personality and team fit than a certain number of years of experience.
