Registered Dental Hygienist ($2,500 Sign-On Bonus)

We are currently seeking Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) to join our growing dental practices across multiple locations in Texas. We have several openings available, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals who are open to relocation or travel.

Available Locations Include:
Paris, Marshall, Port Lavaca, Gonzales, Borger, Amarillo, Dumas, Hereford, Pampa, Sherman and Portland — with additional opportunities across Texas.

Position Details:
Role: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Interview Mode: In-Person
Relocation Assistance: May be provided based on office requirements
Sign-On Bonus: We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for this position (after 6 months of joining)
Pay Rate: (Negotiable) Depends on Experience

Responsibilities:

- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking X-rays, and applying fluoride treatments

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care

- Assess patients' oral health and identify any signs of periodontal disease or other dental conditions

- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials

- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical coding systems such as Epic, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft
Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain dental procedures

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care

- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft

- Knowledge of medical coding systems to accurately assign codes for billing purposes

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
