Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. We are an established office with 3 doctors and 1 hygienist. Our office hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 7:00am to 1:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Perform medical imaging and take vital signs
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Assess patients' oral health conditions
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control procedures
- Strong understanding of patient assessment and medical documentation
