Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
Conduct patient assessments by taking vital signs and medical histories to inform personalized treatment plans.
Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) and interpret imaging results accurately for diagnosis.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to enhance their dental health.
Maintain accurate electronic health records EHR/EHR systems like Eaglesoft, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguarding patient confidentiality.
Manage infection prevention protocols by sterilizing equipment, practicing aseptic techniques, and adhering to healthcare infection control standards.
Monitor patient vital signs throughout appointments and assess overall health status as part of comprehensive care.
