Job Posting: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time
Location: Carrollton, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55.00 – $60.00 / hour
Earning Potential: Averages $10,000 / month (~$120,000 / year)

Schedule
Enjoy a consistent, predictable work-life balance with no weekends:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What We Offer
Top-Tier Compensation: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour, yielding an average of $10K/month ($120K/year).
Excellent Clinical Support: Dedicated RDA assistance for patient X-rays and room turnover so you can focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), and comprehensive oral screenings.
Maintain an efficient daily pace, treating an average of 11–12 patients per day.
Collaborate with a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who will actively assist you with patient X-rays and room turnovers.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene strategies and personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient charts.
Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Qualifications
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas.
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—a warm, empathetic chairside manner is a must!
Reliable, punctual, and a true team player.
