REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
La Grange, Kentucky | Full-Time | $55/Hour
$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | 2-YEAR COMMITMENT
We are looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist who wants to be an integral part of our practice and help drive its continued growth.
This is an opportunity for a hygienist who takes ownership, takes pride in their work, and wants to have a meaningful role in the success of the practice.

Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
Fridays available for additional hours if desired

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A LEADER
We are looking for a hygienist who does more than simply perform a cleaning.
We want someone who takes ownership of their patients, their schedule, their hygiene department, and their role within the practice.
Our ideal hygienist understands that hygiene is a critical part of the overall success of a dental practice.
You will play an important role in helping patients move from diagnosis → understanding → treatment.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Thoroughly assessing patients and identifying areas of concern
Educating patients about their oral health and treatment needs
Building trust and long-term relationships with patients
Preparing patients for the doctor to enter the room and discuss diagnosed treatment
Helping patients understand the why behind recommended treatment
Communicating clinical findings clearly with the doctor and team
Recognizing opportunities for restorative and periodontal care
Creating a smooth transition from hygiene to the doctor's examination
Taking initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
Contributing ideas to improve patient care, efficiency, and practice growth
Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

We are looking for someone with a "see it, own it, solve it" mentality.
You should be comfortable having meaningful conversations with patients about what you see and why it matters, educating them about their oral health, and preparing them for the doctor's treatment discussion.

YOUR SCHEDULE
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Lunch: 1 hour
Friday: Optional — available for additional hours/income
Weekends: Not required
Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek while having the option to work Fridays if you want additional hours.
$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS WITH A 2-YEAR EMPLOYMENT COMMITMENT
The $5,000 sign-on bonus is contingent upon entering into a two-year employment commitment. Complete bonus terms and repayment provisions, if applicable, will be outlined in the written employment agreement.
