Job Description

We are a small privately-owned family dental practice in Conway, AR that is growing! We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and compassionate registered dental hygienist that will bring enthusiasm, positivity, and dedication to their position. Our mission is to provide comfortable, gentle, and compassionate dental care, while making sure our patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. If our patient doesn’t feel important while in our office, then we haven’t met our goal. We intently schedule our patients to assure they are given the quality time that they deserve to understand their dental health and needs. Our patients are not just a “tooth” in the chair, they are a person that we are excited to meet and get to know! We are looking for a hygienist that will embody this mission while efficiently delivering excellent and quality dental hygiene treatment.
Job Type: Part Time (Starting at 1 Day: T, Th, or F) transitioning to a full-time position as our office grows.
Job Hours: 7:45 am - 5 pm
Licensing/Certification: Registered Dental Hygiene license and local anesthetic certification is required.
Pay: Based on experience with minimum of $35.
