Full-Time Dental Hygienist – Join Our Team!
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-time (priority given to those who can work Full-Time)
Start Date: July/August 2026 (open due to a valued hygienist’s retirement)
About Dr. Nykamp’s Office
We are a patient-centered, privately owned dental practice with a long-standing reputation for quality care and a supportive, team-oriented environment. With one of our wonderful hygienists retiring, we’re looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team and continue our tradition of exceptional care. Our office is open Mondays-Thursdays.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients of all ages
Collaborate closely with our dentist and clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and efficient office culture
What We’re Looking For
Current Michigan RDH license
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
A team player with a positive attitude
Experience with digital charting and modern dental technology (preferred but not required)

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
