Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Part-Time Dental Hygienist who wants to do more than just clean teeth.
Our Expectations:
This role is for a clinical leader who wants to practice at the full scope of their license, focusing on prevention, patient education, and true co-diagnosis.
Comprehensive Clinical Assessment: Conduct meticulous patient assessments including advanced periodontal charting, comprehensive health history reviews, and oral cancer screenings, informing the foundation of the patient's personalized care plan.
Deliver Advanced Therapy: Provide evidence-based periodontal therapy. Including scaling, root planning, and selective polishing utilizing modern equipment to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Empower Patient Education: Function as a dedicated health coach, translating complex oral health concepts into actionable, motivational education that drives long-term patient compliance and improved overall wellness.
Master Modern Diagnostics: Skillfully capture and utilize digital radiographic images and intraoral photography to support co-diagnosis with the Doctor and enhance patient understanding.
Uphold Clinical Excellence: Meticulously implement and monitor rigorous infection control protocols, ensuring the highest standard of patient safety and maintaining a pristine clinical environment.
Maintain Digital Precision: Accurately and efficiently manage detailed patient records and treatment documentation within Eaglesoft, supporting seamless communication and continuity of care.
Must be a Licensed Dental Hygienist (State Requirements)
