First Impression Dental – Arlington, MA (Mass Ave)

Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing:
Just what you do best—providing great preventive care (prophys, perio maintenance, sealants), taking digital X-rays, keeping clean charts, and helping our patients understand their oral health. You’ll partner closely with the doctor to look after patients for the long haul.
Qualifications:
Who we’re looking for:
You need a valid Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License and strong clinical skills, but just as importantly, we want someone with a gentle chairside manner and a mature, down-to-earth attitude. We have a peaceful team and want to keep it that way. Experience is great, but finding the right human fit for our office culture matters most.
