Vision Dental Partners is expanding into the Orlando area, and we are hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist for our Oakland, Florida practice.

We already have a great doctor in place and are looking for a dependable, growth minded hygienist who wants to help build a strong hygiene program and become an important part of our company.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants strong compensation, organizational support, and the ability to grow with a practice from an early stage.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting at $60 per hour or more

Responsibilities
Provide preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, SRP, fluoride treatments, and sealants
Administer local anesthesia as permitted
Educate patients regarding oral health, periodontal care, and home-care recommendations
Complete accurate clinical charting and treatment documentation
Follow all infection control and patient safety protocols
Work closely with the doctor and clinical team
Help establish a positive, professional, and patient-focused culture
Support the growth and development of the practice’s hygiene program

Qualifications
Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility to obtain one
Strong clinical skills and chairside manner

Local anesthesia certification preferred
