Pediatric Dental Hygienist (RDH)
About Us:
Darling Children’s Dentistry is a growing pediatric dental practice dedicated to creating a fun, caring, and high-quality dental experience for children and patients with special healthcare needs.
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who enjoys working with kids and families and wants to play an important role in preventive care, education, and patient experience.
Our office focuses heavily on prevention, education, and team-based care, and our hygienist is a key leader in helping families build lifelong oral health habits.
What You'll Do:
Perform prophylaxis and periodontal care for pediatric patients
Take diagnostic radiographs and intraoral photographs
Apply fluoride, sealants, and Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF)
Administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia
Provide oral hygiene and dietary education to children and parents
Assist the dentist during procedures when needed
Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
Help lead preventive care protocols for the clinical team
Participate in sedation/general anesthesia and teledentistry workflows as needed

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene

Pediatric experience preferred but not required
