Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Placerville, CA
Schedule: Thursday & Friday (Part-Time)
About Our Practice
We're a well-established, patient-focused dental practice with a strong hygiene program and a collaborative team. We're looking for a skilled and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join us two days a week and help us continue delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities
Perform routine prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
Take and review radiographs as needed
Conduct periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment recommendations
Document patient care accurately in the practice management system
Apply preventive treatments (fluoride)
Collaborate with doctors and team members to support comprehensive treatment planning
Maintain a clean, sterile, and OSHA-compliant operatory
Qualifications
Current California RDH license in good standing
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
