Aten & Garofalo Dentistry is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our established, highly reputable two-doctor practice in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte.

This role is an essential part of our clinical team—supporting the doctors, creating a smooth patient experience, and delivering the high level of care our patients expect.

We’re looking for a team-oriented dental hygienist who takes pride in both clinical excellence and patient care.

The ideal candidate:
● Must hold all applicable North Carolina state licenses and certifications
● Brings a warm, professional chairside manner
● Communicates clearly and works well with both patients and team members
● Is organized, efficient, and able to manage a fast-paced environment
● Demonstrates strong attention to detail and time management
● Eaglesoft experience a plus
● Is committed to learning, growing, and contributing to a positive team culture
