HELP WANTED: Registered Dental Hygienist
Dear Overbooked, Overachieving, Slightly Exhausted RDH,
Are you currently working in an office where your schedule looks like it was designed by someone playing Tetris on expert mode?
Do you consider a 60-minute appointment a mythical legend?
Have you ever perio charted faster than you text?
Hi. We’re a family-owned dental practice that has been around since 1987.
And we’d like to officially offer you… sanity.
About Us:
✔ Privately owned (actual humans make the decisions)
✔ No double-booking gymnastics
✔ We believe 60 minutes means 60 minutes
✔ We value relationships over production quotas
✔ We think hygienists are clinicians — not conveyor belts
We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who:
- Loves patient education
- Appreciates building long-term relationships
- Wants input and control over their own schedule
- Would enjoy working somewhere that knows their dog’s name

- Surprise SRPs at 4:52 PM
