Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care by providing thorough dental cleanings, patient education, and preventive treatments. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to foster lifelong healthy habits.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis while maintaining strict infection control standards.

Maintain infection prevention protocols, including sterilization of dental equipment and aseptic techniques, to uphold safety standards.Skills
Proficiency with dental software systems (open dental) for scheduling, documentation review, and record management.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dental care.
Experience with pediatric dentistry is highly desirable, including working with children in a compassionate manner.
Ability to assess patient needs effectively through patient care and medical records review while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
Familiarity with infection control practices specific to healthcare environments, including infection prevention management and aseptic technique.
