Dental Hygienist – Private Fee-for-Service Practice
Mon-Thurs | Flexible 3–4 Days/Week | Exceptional Care-Focused Environment
We are a well-established, private fee-for-service dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist who is passionate about delivering genuine, high-quality, patient-centered care. This is not just another hygiene job — this is the rare opportunity that hygienists talk about for years.
Our practice has only had this position open three times in the last 25 years. Many of our team members have built long, rewarding careers here because we’ve created an environment where you can actually enjoy practicing at the highest level.
What You’ll Love About This Role:
Generous appointment times — Every patient gets a full 1-hour slot so you can provide thorough, unhurried care without feeling rushed.
No production quotas or selling required — Focus entirely on what’s best for the patient. We believe excellent clinical care naturally builds a thriving practice.
True work-life balance — Office is open Monday–Thursday only. Choose 3 or 4 days per week to fit your lifestyle. Never work late!
Respect for your time — If a patient no-shows or cancels, you do not need to clock out.
State-of-the-art equipment & instruments — Modern technology and top-tier tools so you can perform at your best.
Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of practical dental hygiene experience
Active license and current certifications
Passion for quality, patient-centered care
Positive attitude and strong team orientation
