Dental Hygienist – Cosmetic & Restorative Practice (Brentwood/Franklin)
Our privately owned cosmetic and restorative dental practice, located in the heart of Brentwood/Franklin, is seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality care over high‑volume dentistry, and our reputation in the community reflects that commitment.

Requirements:
Licensure & Certification
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee
Graduation from a CODA-accredited dental hygiene program (associate or bachelor's)
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Compliance & Professional Requirements
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Completion of required continuing education (CE) to maintain licensure
Clinical Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing, and patient assessment.
Ability to perform radiographs, periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and administer patient education.
Knowledge of infection control, sterilization protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
Soft Skills & Professional Traits
Strong communication and patient‑education abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with dentists and clinical team members.
Commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism.
