Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our expanding team.
The Erie County Health Department and Erie County Community Health Center is a public health department and federally qualified health center located on the shores of Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio. Qualifications for a Registered Dental Hygienist
High school diploma or GED.
Graduation from an accredited school of Dental Hygiene.
Current Ohio license to practice Dental Hygiene.
Proficient in electronic records and new technology as applied to this position.
CRP certification within one month of employment.
Valid Ohio driver's license, a current certificate of vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation to all assigned work locations.
National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS) 100.c , 700.a, and 200.c certifications within 30 work days of employment.
