About Us
Scheive Family Dental Care is a small, private, relationship-focused practice in Glen Ellyn. Our mission is to transform dental visits from something people dread into an experience that feels positive, supportive, and even enjoyable. Just as importantly, we believe in the power of teamwork—supporting one another and collaborating closely. We're looking for a full-time hygienist who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that does the same.
This is not a production-driven hygiene chair. You'll have the time, tools, and support to do your job the right way — every appointment.
What You'll Get

Dedicated sterilization support so you stay with patients
iTero and modern clinical systems
A co-discovery approach with a doctor who values hygiene's role in whole-mouth health
What We're Looking For
A hygienist who builds trust with patients quickly. Someone who is organized, detail oriented and can explain things clearly. Someone who comes prepared, stays organized, and doesn't cut corners when no one's watching. Someone calm under pressure and collaborative by default.
Experience level is less important than mindset. If you're newer and serious about practicing at a high standard, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits
