Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
Perform periodontal assessments and assist with identifying patients who may benefit from periodontal therapy
Take digital radiographs as needed
Educate patients regarding periodontal health, home care, prevention, and treatment recommendations
Review medical histories and identify relevant changes
Document clinical findings accurately and thoroughly
Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to provide coordinated patient care
Maintain infection-control and OSHA standards
Help create a positive and comfortable experience, particularly for anxious patients
Support the overall flow and success of the practice as part of a collaborative team
What We Are Looking For
Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong communication and patient-education skills
Gentle but thorough clinical approach
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable treating both adults and children
Strong periodontal knowledge and attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude
Ability to communicate treatment needs without being overly sales-focused
Someone who takes pride in providing excellent care rather than simply staying on schedule
Experience is preferred, but we are open to the right candidate who shares our philosophy and is eager to grow with the practice.

Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, with a target range of approximately $50–$55+ per hour for a strong candidate.

Additional compensation and benefits may be discussed based on schedule, experience, and employment status.
