We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality preventive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall patient experience. Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
Assist in identifying oral health issues and communicate findings to the dentist
Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns professionally
Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment in compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice
Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
Proficiency with Abeldent or other dental practice management software
Excellent customer service skills with a caring attitude toward patients
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
