Dental Hygienist – Boutique, Fee-for-Service Practice
Are you a motivated dental hygienist looking for more than “just a hygiene job”?
At Chapel Hill Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we are a boutique, fee-for-service practice with a focus on advanced restorative and cosmetic care. Our entire team is highly trained, growth-oriented, and committed to delivering an elevated patient experience. We are looking for a full-time hygienist who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow with us.
What Makes Us Different
All clinical providers have advanced training and continue to pursue hundreds of hours of CE annually.
Boutique, high-end patient experience with emphasis on comprehensive care and cosmetic outcomes.
Advanced technology: CBCT, intraoral scanners, AI charting, extensive digital photography, and co-diagnosis.
What You’ll Do
Provide periodontal therapy and preventive care with a high standard of excellence.
Use technology to enhance diagnosis and patient communication.
Collaborate closely with doctors and team on complex restorative and cosmetic cases.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience rooted in education, empathy, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
A hygienist with local anesthesia certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient connection.
A growth mindset and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, accountable culture.
Experience is welcomed, but we especially value hygienists early in their career who are eager to be trained at the highest level.
