Job Description
Job Summary
We are a well established, general dental practice seeking to add a part time ( Monday and Wednesday) registered dental hygienist to a our team. An applicant should posses good communication skills and friendly demeanor to work well with our patient centered practice philosophy.
We offer competitive compensation, paid holidays, medical/dental coverage and retirement plan option for qualified employees. Sign on bonus at 6 months on the job.
Duties
- perform dental cleanings on adults and children
-perform scaling and root planning
- take dental x-rays as required
Skills
-proficiency in administering local anesthesia and conscious sedation (nitrous oxide).
-familiarity with digital x-rays
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist certification
- Strong patient care skills and knowledge of general dentistry
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Experience in aseptic technique and infection control
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
