Looking for a hygiene position where you can actually enjoy your day, build relationships with patients, and work with a team?

We’re a small, well-established dental office in downtown Seattle looking for a second hygienist to our growing practice. Our office has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, long-term loyal patients, and a team that truly supports one another.

We believe great dentistry happens when providers are given the time, support, and respect they deserve — no rushing patients through the chair and no production pressure.

2 days per week (your choice of days Monday–Thursday)

What You’ll Do
Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Educate patients and help them feel comfortable and informed
Take digital X-rays
Maintain accurate charting in Dentrix
Work collaboratively with our doctor and clinical team
Help create a positive, smooth-flowing patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Active Washington RDH license
Someone kind, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently
Dentrix experience is a plus
A hygienist who values quality care and patient relationships
