Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – General Dentistry Private Practice
Location: Cary, NC
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule Options:
Full-time: Tuesday–Friday
Part-time: Tuesday–Thursday or Wednesday–Thursday
About Us
We are a longstanding private general dentistry practice in Cary seeking a friendly, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team beginning in June. One of our wonderful long-term hygienists is relocating out of state, and we are looking for the right person to continue the high level of care our patients have come to expect. We are a privately owned practice with no DSO or corporate affiliation that has provided care to the Cary community for nearly 4 decades with two compassionate and conservative dentists.
Our office has a true “mom-and-pop” feel — low drama, supportive, and team-oriented. We have a great reputation in the area (look us up on Google, Facebook, and Reddit!). We are proud to have an experienced staff and a positive work environment that makes people want to stay. In fact, several temporary employees who worked with us enjoyed the atmosphere so much that they later joined our team permanently. We are fortunate enough to work with some of the best patients you’ll ever meet, many who have been with us for 3 generations. Our patients are invested in their oral health and allow us to build lasting relationships and provide patient-focused conservative care.
What We Offer
Single-column hygiene schedule with Dentrix and Dexis software
60-minute recall appointments
90-minute new patient appointments
Supportive and experienced team
Great patients and relaxed office culture
Early schedule — most days are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, allowing you to avoid heavy traffic and enjoy your afternoons
Covered parking exclusively for staff
Office-led CPR/BLS training and yearly OSHA/HIPAA training

Qualifications
Current RDH license in North Carolina
