Job Summary
Our privately owned dental practice in Johnston is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are seeking either a full-time or part-time team member who values exceptional patient care, teamwork, and building lasting relationships. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, supportive work environment where our team is respected, encouraged, and enjoys a healthy work-life balance.
Competitive pay based on experience level
60-minute hygiene appointments
Vision insurance

Uniform allowance
CE reimbursement
4 day work weeks (some optional Fridays)
Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice.
Experience with digital dental x-ray techniques is essential.
Excellent communication skills for client education, team collaboration, and patient care coordination.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
Commitment to healthcare infection prevention practices, aseptic technique, and continuous quality improvement.
