Are you a hygienist who takes pride in the care you provide and wants to work somewhere that values your time, your clinical judgment, and your relationships with patients?
Rockside Family Dental Care has been part of the Independence community for 50 years, and we're fortunate to have a team of long-term employees and a loyal patient base.
We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our crew is stable, our patients are wonderful, and we're looking for someone who can step in and become part of our dental family.
What makes this opportunity different?
You won't be walking into a revolving-door office.
You'll be joining an established private practice where many of our team members have been here for several years – even decades. We believe good dentistry starts with good relationships—with our patients and with each other.
Our hygienists are an important part of the clinical team. We want you to have the support you need to provide thorough, quality care—not simply race from one patient to the next.
What we're looking for:
Current Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR certification
Someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know patients
A thorough, compassionate approach to patient care
Strong communication and patient education skills
Someone dependable who takes pride in their work
A team player who wants to work collaboratively with doctors and the rest of the clinical team
What you'll receive:
Competitive compensation, based on experience and qualifications — discussed individually during the interview process.
Schedule: Monday morning/afternoon, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday & Thursday morning, potential for a Friday morning.
