We are hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist for our established, growing dental practice. This position offers a consistent four-day workweek, excellent hourly compensation, strong hygiene incentives, profit-sharing opportunities, bonuses, and a three-day weekend every week.

We understand today’s hygiene market, and we believe experienced hygienists should be compensated accordingly.

Compensation
Starting pay: $62–$73 per hour, based on directly relevant dental hygiene experience, clinical skills, and qualifications.

Experienced RDHs with 10+ years of relevant clinical experience are typically considered within the $70–$73 per hour range.

The Schedule
Full-time position completed in four days
Monday through Thursday

Primary Responsibilities
Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
Complete comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting
Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy
Take high-quality diagnostic radiographs
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
Educate patients about oral health, periodontal disease, home care, and recommended treatment
Communicate clinical findings clearly and confidently
Partner closely with the doctors and clinical team to support comprehensive patient care
Help patients feel informed, comfortable, respected, and cared for
Contribute to a positive, productive, and professional work environment
Qualifications
Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist license
Current certifications required to practice in Colorado
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a busy, growing dental practice
Previous dental hygiene experience preferred
Newer hygienists with exceptional communication skills, maturity, and a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply
