**Job Overview**
One of Akron's premier private practices is looking for a friendly, skilled hygienist to join our team. Full time, busy schedule, experience preferred. Competitive wage, performance bonuses, hours are 8:00-4:00 Monday through Thursday, no evenings or weekends. Call Dr. Kurzawa's office at 330-724-2551. All calls will be kept confidential.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using our dental software, Open Dental.
- Provide patients with personalized instructions and recommendations for maintaining good oral hygiene.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in dental hygiene.
**Requirements**
- Associate's degree or higher in dental hygiene.
- Current licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist in the state.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and patient assessment methods.
- Ability to work in a dental office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
