Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and support overall oral health education. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take radiographs as needed
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix/Curve or similar dental software
Ensure a sterile and organized work environment adhering to infection control protocols
Support pediatric patients and address their specific dental needs in a compassionate manner
Contribute to a positive patient experience through excellent customer service skills
Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software preferred
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations
Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred, especially with dental assisting duties considered an asset
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients of all ages
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety
Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
