Job Description
Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Downtown Toronto (King St. West & Bathurst St. – highly accessible by TTC)
Bonus: Free parking available on-site!
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Mondays & Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesdays & Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Early finish for your weekends!)
Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Our independent, well-established dental practice has proudly served the King and Bathurst community for over 24 years. We operate with a strong, highly supportive team structure including 1 dedicated Dentist, 3 Full-Time Hygienists, 1 Part-Time Hygienist, 2 Dental Assistants, and 2 Receptionists.Our dedicated dental hygienist of 10 years is relocating, creating a rare opportunity to replace one of our 3 full-time roles and inherit a stable, fully booked column of loyal patients. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a streamlined, collaborative, and warm environment.
Our Philosophy:
We operate with a strict focus on clinical excellence and patient health. Our clinicians enjoy complete clinical autonomy, free from corporate sales targets, quotas, or product-pushing incentives. Your primary focus will be providing high-quality preventative care, thorough cleanings, and essential patient education. [1]Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Hourly Rate: $47.00 – $52.00/hour (commensurate with experience).
100% Employer-Paid Benefits: Full medical and dental package active after 3 months, paid entirely by the practice with no deductions from your salary.
Generous Time Off & Holiday Schedule: Enjoy a guaranteed two-week closure during the Christmas and holiday season, along with occasional extended long weekends (statutory holidays are fully paid; any additional bridge days are taken as unpaid time off).
Optimal Work-Life Balance: Consistent weekday hours with early finishes on Tuesdays and Fridays, and no weekend shifts.
Advanced Technology: Fully integrated paperless charting via Dentrix, digital radiography, and intraoral cameras.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene therapy and individualized periodontal care.
Utilize Dentrix for accurate diagnostic data entry and clinical charting.
Effectively utilize digital X-rays and intraoral cameras for precise co-diagnosis and patient visual education.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere strictly to CDHO standards
Pay: $45.00-$52.00 per hour
