Job Description
Tree City Family Dental is looking to add TWO Registered Dental Hygienists to our awesome team - part and full time positions available!
**We are currently offering a $1500 Sign on bonus paid over the first 3 months of employment**
We are looking for well-rounded hygienists that work with our doctors to ensure the best treatment for our patients regarding periodontal health, caries risk, and airway health. Preventative care is crucial for the health of our patients and we are looking to add team members that can help create that value and understanding for our patients.
Compensation is very competitive for rates in the Treasure Valley and BOE ($48/hr+). Part-time employees are eligible for dental care and selective holiday pay after 90 days of employment as well as participation in our BONUS program (typically adds apx. $3/hr). Full-time employees are also eligible for the above benefits as well as healthcare benefits, 401K, and PTO after a year of employment.
Our office is open Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch and Friday 8am-3pm. We have full time and part time availability and hours depend on the hygienist’s availability.
We are a privately owned 3-doctor practice near the heart of Boise. Our office has been open for 20+ years and has a very loyal patient base where we have multiple generations of families that come see us! We are passionate about quality patient care and working as a cohesive in-office team. Appointment lengths are determined by the patient’s needs and always allow for quality care to be completed.
Our practice just finished expanding our building and . We are steadily growing and need more hygienists to grow with us!
