Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Part-Time or Full-Time
Mira Mesa, San Diego, CA | $60–$65/hour + bonus opportunities, depending on experience and qualifications
Join our private, highly reviewed, multi-doctor dental practice in Mira Mesa. We prioritize patient care and foster a collaborative environment built on high ethical standards and a genuine love for dentistry. Dr. Karia and our team take a whole-patient approach, considering both medical and dental histories to provide personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Schedule
Part-Time or Full-Time
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends
Compensation & Benefits
$60–$65/hour + bonus opportunities, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications
Current California RDH license
2–5 years of experience preferred
Exceptional new graduates considered
Strong patient communication and clinical skills
Experience with periodontal charting, SRP, and Cavitron/ultrasonic instrumentation preferred
Laser experience or certification strongly preferred
