Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Private Practice | No Weekends | Competitive Pay | 1-Hour Recall, Monday to Friday.

We are a long standing private dental practice in the San Antonio area seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)who is passionate about preventive dentistry and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Only PPO and FFS.
Our office has a strong, long-standing patient base, modern technology, and a supportive team that believes hygiene is a vital part of patient care.
What We Offer:

Quarterly bonus based on collections.
No weekends.
Mentorship available for new graduates or hygienists seeking growth.

Local infiltration CE support.
Established patient base with steady hygiene demand.
Supportive private practice environment.
Hygiene Schedule Designed for Quality Care.
We believe hygienists should have adequate time with patients:
1 hour recall appointments.
1.5 hour new patient appointments.
2 hours scaling and root planing (2 quads).
Focus on comprehensive periodontal care and patient education.
