Who We Are:
A small, single-doctor private general dentistry practice located on the border of Holly Springs and Apex (less than a mile from the construction of the new 540 segment). Who We Need:
A self-starter who is passionate about patient care and helping people improve their oral health. Since we are a small privately owned practice we want someone who plans to be here for the long haul! We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Work with a warm and welcoming team!
Expectations:
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, for preventive and periodontal patients.
Maintain accurate digital charting and documentation. Taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories.
Capture dental x-rays, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are being followed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term health.
Follow infection control protocols adhering to OSHA standards, aseptic techniques, and HIPAA regulations to protect patients and staff.
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license
Experience with OpenDental
Strong interpersonal skills
Current CPR certification
Current OSHA/HIPAA certification
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday - Thursday 7AM - 4PM
Friday - Sunday CLOSED
Experience:
Dental terminology: 2 years (Required)
Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Organizational skills: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute:
Apex, NC 27539 (Required)
