Join Our Team at Berges Family Dentistry!
We are a small, family-oriented private dental practice looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!
Our practice is a one-doctor, two-hygienist office with completely updated equipment and a fully digital workflow. We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment where both our patients and team members feel valued.
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of a tight-knit office culture and build meaningful, long-term relationships with our patients and team.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
Provide fluoride treatments and other preventive services as appropriate
Assess and monitor patients' oral health and periodontal condition
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
Communicate treatment findings and recommendations clearly with patients
Work closely with the doctor and dental team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Create a positive, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every patient
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an RDH who:
Is licensed and in good standing
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys developing genuine relationships with patients
Takes pride in providing thorough, high-quality clinical care
Works well independently while also being a strong team collaborator
Is dependable, professional, and positive
Is comfortable working in a modern, technology-focused dental office
Is interested in building a long-term career with a private practice
Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate on our systems.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
