Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, thorough dental hygiene care for clients in accordance with brush365’s standards
Educate clients on oral health topics, preventative care, and product recommendations
Review medical histories, perform dental assessments, and document detailed clinical findings
Take and interpret dental x-rays; maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Partner with dentists and support teams to deliver cohesive, comprehensive care
Uphold rigorous infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance protocols
Foster trusted client relationships, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere
Participate in performance improvement, ongoing training, and practice-wide initiatives

Client satisfaction and retention rates
Quality and accuracy of documentation and assessments
Compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Feedback from dentists, team members, and clients
Engagement in professional development activities
Preferred Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice
CPR/BLS certification
Experience in dental hygiene, ideally in a client-focused or multi-site setting
Proficient in digital records, dental radiography, and modern clinical tools
Team-oriented, empathetic, and excellent communication skills
Proven track record of providing outstanding client care
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
