Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
RBM Dental Partners works with growth-focused dental practices throughout Western New York to help connect exceptional dental professionals with offices that value culture, clinical excellence, patient experience, and long-term team alignment.
We are currently building relationships with Registered Dental Hygienists who are interested in opportunities within privately owned dental practices that prioritize quality care, teamwork, modern technology, and strong leadership.
This is not a position within RBM Dental Partners directly. Rather, RBM Dental Partners serves as a strategic partner helping match talented professionals with practices seeking the right long-term fit.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures including scaling, polishing, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care
Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately within practice management software systems
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive treatment recommendations
Take diagnostic radiographs while following OSHA and infection control standards
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance
Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to support positive patient outcomes
Qualifications
Active New York State Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
Strong communication and patient education skills
Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate care
Experience with digital dental software systems preferred
Passion for helping patients improve their oral health and overall wellness
