Compensation & Benefits
$57+/hour base, plus commission on production
$2/hour bonus on any day the team hits its daily goal — and we hit it frequently
Additional Night Guard/Vivera and ortho-start bonuses

What We’re Looking For:
An energetic, patient-focused dental hygienist who is passionate about their work and loves making people smile.

Licensed Dental Hygienist (Colorado RDH license required)
Confident diagnosing and comfortable discussing treatment with patients
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume office with multiple providers
A true team player — our hygiene department works closely together
