Fort Davis, Texas Area | Davis Mountains Region | Full-Time or Part-Time
HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Registered Dental Hygienist for an established community-based dental practice serving patients throughout the Davis Mountains and surrounding communities in Far West Texas.

Position Highlights
Compensation up to $48 per hour, based on experience and final offer terms
Full-time and part-time schedules considered

Responsibilities
Perform routine dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal-maintenance services
Complete periodontal charting and oral-health assessments
Perform scaling and root planning within the hygienist’s authorized scope
Obtain and process diagnostic dental radiographs
Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments
Identify signs of periodontal disease, dental decay, and other oral-health concerns
Educate patients about oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
Review medical and dental histories before treatment
Document examinations, treatments, and recommendations accurately
Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
Support a welcoming and respectful experience for patients from diverse backgrounds
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited dental-hygiene program
Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one
Current CPR or BLS certification
Authorized to perform dental radiography in Texas
Knowledge of periodontal care and preventive dentistry
Strong patient-education and communication skills
Commitment to accurate clinical documentation and infection prevention
Experienced hygienists and qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply
