Baton Rouge Family Dentistry is a small, privately owned, patient-centered practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. We value teamwork, professionalism, and treating every patient with compassion and respect.
We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, takes pride in providing excellent clinical care, and wants to be part of a supportive team.
Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Take digital radiographs
Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
Educate patients on oral health and home care
Assist in diagnosing and documenting oral conditions
Maintain accurate patient records
Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Collaborate with the dentist and team to provide outstanding patient care
Qualifications
Current Louisiana Registered Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care
Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
