Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Sundance, WY + Belle Fourche, SD | 4 Days/Week
Jackson Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is excited about more than just clinical care. This is an opportunity to be part of a team focused on whole body health, functional dentistry, and long-term patient outcomes.
This position will be based 3 days per week in our Sundance, WY location and 1 day per week in our Belle Fourche, SD office following completion of training and onboarding in Belle Fourche.
Compensation
$38–$44/hour for newer hygienists (1–2 years of experience)
$44–$48/hour for experienced hygienists
Compensation is based on experience, clinical skillset, and alignment with our philosophy of care.

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections
Support comprehensive exams and treatment planning
Utilize and expand skills in laser therapy, functional dentistry, and myofunctional concepts
Participate in and support comprehensive treatment coordination for larger cases
Build trust with patients through clear, compassionate communication
Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver complete care
