Job Description
We are a well-established, state of the art, private dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Our dedicated team of professionals provides care to patients of all ages and a variety of services ranging from implant and oral surgery, endodontics, pedo, ortho, restorative, IV and oral sedation, sleep, and cosmetic dentistry.
Whether you are just getting started in your dental hygiene career or are a seasoned hygienist, we would love to meet with you so you can see what we are all about.
Full or part time opportunities available. Base pay with generous production bonus opportunities (for full or part time). Annual CE allowance, paid time off, uniform reimbursement, health insurance stipend, 401K matching, and paid holidays are available to full time employees.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
· Reliable and punctual
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Maintaining confidential information
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Positive attitude
· Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages
· Conduct patient evaluations, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories.
· Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
·Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow in the clinic.
· Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
· Maintain accurate patient records, including documentation review and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
· Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
· Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support general dentistry practices.
