Job Description
*** We're Growing Our Hygiene Team ! ***
AQUA DENTAL LOFT is a modern family dental studio located in Boca Raton. One of our amazing hygienist recently became a new mom and has decided to reduce her schedule, so we are looking for 1-2 amazing dental hygienists to join our fun, energetic, patient-focused dental team. If you're friendly, caring, dependable and want to work in a positive office with great patients and a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
***Qualifications for our future candidate***
-Must have at least 1 year clinical dental hygiene experience in the US
-Must have valid dental x-ray license, FL Hygiene License, CPR certificate
-Anesthesia license is a plus +++
-Must be a Team Player
-Ability to multi-task +++
-Be enthusiastic & motivated while providing quality periodontal treatment
-Possess excellent communicative skills necessary to educate our patients on their dental needs
-Must be able to educate & communicate effectively any treatment needs (periodontal or general dentistry treatments) per the Doctor’s treatment plan, sequencing the needed appointments and documenting this on the treatment plan and in clinical notes.
-Communicate to the patient what their needs are, what it will take to gain optimum oral health and what will happen if the treatment is not performed (ex: SRP ; sealants, etc.)
-Fluent English (also Spanish OR Portuguese is a plus)
-Must have minimum 1 yr Dentrix experience
-Complete professionalism & good work ethics required
*Salary based upon experience and anesthesia license.
Candidate should be detail oriented & comfortable using modern technology.
