Registered Dental Hygienist

Full-time: 4-5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

We are a concierge, state-of-the-art, doctor-owned dental practice specializing in general and cosmetic dentistry with locations in Winchester and Back Bay and we're looking for a hygienist who is passionate about clinical excellence and who values providing a personalized, elevated patient experience.

Dental Office Type: General and Cosmetic Dentistry
Location: Winchester and Back Bay
Job Type: Full-time; 4-5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Hygiene Visits: 1 hour - 1.5 hours for each patient. Hygiene assistant for hygiene team.
Pay: $60.00 per hour; increased start pay for experience and/or other qualifications. Signing Bonus: starting at $2,000, increased for experience and/or other qualifications.
Additional Benefits: free on-site parking in Winchester and an office-paid secure parking spot in a covered garage across from dental office in Boston, dental insurance, office-paid medical insurance, paid time off (vacation and sick time), team uniform provided (Figs scrubs, shoes etc), License and CE and BLS paid, team lunches, bonuses.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care by performing dental cleanings, assessments, and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in chairside procedures and support the dental team in delivering high-quality care.
Stay updated on dental terminology and techniques to enhance patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
