Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time
Saline Dental
Monday–Thursday | Full-Time
Saline Dental is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about preventive care, values strong patient relationships, and enjoys working in a collaborative, positive practice environment.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and charting.
Take and evaluate digital radiographs.
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations.
Assist the dentist with hygiene exams and communicate clinical findings.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
Qualifications
Current Arkansas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program.
Current CPR certification.
Local anesthesia certification preferred (if applicable).
Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.
