We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team here in Chandler, at AZ Family Dentistry. We are a well-established private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Our team takes pride in building lasting relationships with patients while delivering exceptional clinical care. We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive dentistry, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments.

Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting.

Take diagnostic digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed.

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care.

Review medical histories, medications, and treatment needs with patients.

Assist in diagnosing and identifying oral health concerns alongside the doctor.

Apply fluoride treatments and other preventive therapies when indicated.

Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation using Dentrix.

Adhere to OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.

Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide an outstanding patient experience.

Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their appointments.

Qualifications
Current Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.

Local Anesthesia Certification preferred.

Current CPR certification.

Experience with Dentrix preferred.

Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dentistry.

Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality of care.

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)

Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
